I have recently retired from Ein Ganim Elementary School after 31 years of teaching in Israel. Teaching has always been my passion but my most rewarding experiences occurred when I discovered the power of the Internet. The kids and I learned about global collaboration and the sharing of knowledge with so many children and educators from around the world. My students advanced in so many areas, their English and technology skills improved beyond recognition. Because the teaching of English to non-native English speakers is a passion of mine, I've also created a wiki for English teachers, with worksheets to help children practice the more difficult phrases and parts of speech.

GlobalDreamers has certainly become a dream come true one which I hope to continue through the Internet with the many educators who have become my colleagues and friends. Please continue dreaming with us at the award winning International GlobalDreamers.

Join me also at the Global Virtual Classroom Clubhouse. For many years I have participated in the Global Virtual Classroom Web Design contest with my students. Now I'm proud to be able to participate as the GVC Clubhouse Project Director. The clubhouse is not a contest, but a place to connect, collaborate, communicate world wide. Apply to participate in the Clubhouse at http://www.virtualclassroom.org, and you'll be added to our Wiki http://gvc-clubhouse.wikispaces.com/. KeyPal spaces can also be arranged if two schools wish more of a one on one experience.

My special thanks to my partner and colleague Janet Barnstable, GVC Program Manager, who has shared a vision with me and made me a better educator and sometimes I believe a better person.
