The Deputy Mayor Mr. Yaacov Ben Simchon who is also the head of the department of education in Petach Tikva and who has been supportive of Marsha's work for many years.

He spoke about the many awards and how powerful they all are. You can hear that he uses the word prace in Hebrew prize. He states the Yad Vashem award is one of the highest awards an educator can receive in Jerusalem and he was at the ceremony. He tells how the Minister of the education Profs. Yuli Tamir gave Marsha the award.

Marsha is now one of 12 educator chosen for an award on July 15th and this is a huge accomplishment.

He also speaks about how Marsha teaches kids how to read through Beatle songs and he remembers seeing the kids singing and enjoying English lessons and the unique way of learning.
