Fish- we eat head of fish because in the New Year we want to be the head and not the tail.
Apples and honey-we eat apples and honey because we want the New Year will be sweet.
Pomegranate-we eat grenade because Jewish heritage says that the grenade has 613 kernels and this is the number of the Jewish commandments.

On the Jewish New Year all my family goes to my uncles.
We eat a lot of apples in honey. All the children eat all the apples and the honey before the time. I hate palms but in the Jewish New Year I eat a little because that a right to eat palms in Jewish New Year. After the dinner all the family play Rami and the kids play a little computer games. We eat seeds and talk and bless about the Jewish New Year.
