The dream you dare to dream do really come true

My name is Lorena and I am 14 years old. I live in a small town called Slavonski Brod. I love it here. I have great friends and it's just awesome town to grow up.
The only thing is that I am just not brave. So I can identify with you, lion. I am scared as you are. If you don't believe me come to my house when thunders are striking the houses near to mine. I'm afraid of lot of things…I am afraid of the dark, bad people, snakes and lots of other things. I am a lot like you. I know you think that lions need to be scary and brave and all that but if you are not those things that is not bad…or maybe we can try to become brave together…maybe we can try to reduce our fears together. I know we can do it if we try. Everything is possible. You don't need the wizard of Oz to become brave, you just need to face your fear, find something that you love and when you face your fear, all you have to think about is how you love something or someone and the fear will go away.
I am scared too, as you are. Many people are scared but they are too proud to admit it. If we never face our fears we will never enjoy the life and you know the old saying ‘live your life like every day is the last one’ If you are afraid of something you will always be scared and you will not do things that maybe would have been the best experience you would ever have.
I am going to try to defeat my fears. I have friends that will be by my side every little step, I will get to be brave and I know you have friends too. Maybe one has no heart but he has you to be his heart, maybe one has no brain but you could be his brain and they will help you to forget your fears like my friends will help me.
I know a lot of people that are scared and they don’t try to overcome their fears and just hope that nothing goes wrong with them. I can’t live like that because I know I will miss a lot of stuff in my life; so, tell me, will you try to win your fear? Will you try to fight the only thing that stops you from living a great and interesting life?
It’s up to you but if you ask me I think with a little help of your friends you and I can be the winners.
