Marsha is a veteran teacher that stops at nothing and is innovative, dilligent, and has a strong vision.Her technology skills have brought honor and dignity to Israel, our city and is known worldwide for her dedication to education through the Internet. In Lithuania she is one of seven winners in the world and her award represented Israel and the city of Petach Tikva. You can see her work everywhere. I have visited her classroom and to hear her students speak English is a real joy. I immediately can tell even later on when I visit in high school and hear a student speak English that Marsha gave this student unbelievable knowledge in English. The city of Petach Tikva is proud of you , we hope the ministry of education will give you the recognition you deserve. You stand out for your tremendous contribution in English in our city and in the country of Israel.
