On Passover we celebrate the exodus from Egypt.
A long time ago,
Our people had to build pyramids without stopping and without any salary.
Then, Moses said to pharaoh to release our people.
Pharaoh didn't agreed and then we gave the 10 plagues on them.
The first was blood, which was turning all of the Egyptian's water into blood.
Pharaoh didn't agreed for us to leave.
Then, there was the frog plague, which is just its name,
There were frogs everywhere!
Pharaoh didn’t change his mind.
Then, there was the lice plague,
which was making all of the Egyptians to itch every second.
He's sure about himself.
Then, there was a swarm of wild beasts,
Then, two terrible diseases,
Then, there were locusts,
Then, a hail storm,
Then, terrible darkness (there were no street lights, so we call it Egyptian darkness).
Even then pharaoh didn't let us go!!!
And then, there was the worse plague of all,
killing all of the Egyptian's firstborn sons.
After all these, pharaoh finally surrendered,
and released our people.
We tried to get out of Egypt as fast as we can
So that pharaoh will not regret before they leave,
So they didn't had enough time to let their dough blow,
They just baked it as quick as they can and ran away.
Because of that we don't eat anything that has flour in it on Passover.
Then, when they ran away, they saw that the Egyptian army is after them (pharaoh regretted again)
So they just torn the sea in half,
and walked in the ground that is between.
When the Egyptians came we closed the sea on them, and they drowned.
Since then we celebrate Passover every year.
