Sigi Nisan

Sigi stared to dance when she was 6 years old. When she was 15 years old she replaced her teacher when she was on leave of absense. When she went to the army she started to appear on the T.V. When she finished her service she went to U.S.A to learn how to manage a dance studio. When she was 23 years old, she started to appear in many shows. She has been working with the best dancers and with the most popular stars in Israel and abroad.

Now, Sigi Nisan manages a big studio in Petach Tikva. She teaches many children, boys and girls and takes them into the wonderful world of dance. Click for REAL player movie.

Q. How do you see the future of the dancers?

A. The dancers come to the studio to learn techniques and to have fun and improve their ability. When they are older their muscles will be developed.

Q. How do you see the future of the Adult dance group in our city?

A. The adult group performs in many television programs and there are many girls that could be professional dancers.

Q. Do you ever regret having become a dance teacher?

A. Never! I like to dance and I like to teach. It's my whole life. Not everyone has the opportunity to dance for a profession.

Q. How do you think the dancing groups represent our city Petach Tikva?

A. With pride and honor! Many people have heard about our city because of the many performances on television and around the country.

Q. Do you think dancing can help in bringing people closer together?

Absolutely, I think dancing can express love and peace. It definitely makes people happy.
