Cherry Cake recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine (softened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 can cherry pie filling
Directions:
- - put butter and sugar in
- - add and mix eggs one at a time and add vanilla
- - add and stir flour a little at a time
- - spread butter and flower on a 10 X 15 baking pan
- - evenly spread batter into pan- lightly score into 20 squares
- - drop a spoonful of cherry pie filling into the center of each square
- - bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes
- - (optional) when finished sprinkle powdered sugar on it
