Pernil

Ingredients-
pork
olive oil
black pepper
oregani
fresh ground garlic
pepper
salt

1.Poke holes in the pork
2.In a seperate bowl mix olive oil, black pepper, oregani, and fresh ground garlic
3.Onca all mixed, take and stuff in the holes made in the pork
4.After all holes are stuffed, season the outside of the pork with prefered seasoning(garlic, pepper, salt, ect.)
5.Put in refrigerator for a day or two so it asorbs all the seasonings
6.After the day or two, prheat the oven to 400degrees. Then put in for an hour
7.Bake required time for each pound is 15minutes.
8.When done uncover it and let it bake an additional 30-45 minutes.
