Almonds Cake from Santiago

Ingredients

4 eggs
200 grams sugar
200 grams ground almonds
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Zest 1 lemon
50 grams of sugar

1. Beat together eggs, sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon until creamy.
2. Stir in ground almonds.
3. Grease and flour a cake tin.
4. Pour in mixture and bake for about 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
5. When cooked, remove from tin and dust with icing sugar.
