Cheesecake

Paste:

One and a half glass of flour
100 g of margarine
A half glass of sugar
2 cognac spoons
2 yolks

Filling:

500 g of 9% cheese
3 yolks
150 g of sugar
100 g of corn flour
A quarter glass of milk
A lemon integument

Heat for 5 minutes.

Add the dough to the cheese, put the paste in a mould, the cheese on it, and bake.

I chose this recipe because… I like this cake, and the holiday of "Shavuot".
