Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

200 gram soft margarine
1and½ cups of sugar
1 spoon of vanilla
A bit of salt
3 eggs
2and½ cups of flour
1 baking powder
½ cup cocoa
2 cups of sour milk

Preparation:

Put the margarine, vanilla, salt and sugar into a big bowl.
Beat till you have a ceramic mixture.
Add the eggs while mixing.
Mix the flour, baking powder and the cocoa till the lumps are gone. Add the sour milk alternately while mixing.
Mix till you get sleek dough. Pour the dough to an oiled baking tin.

Bake in a medium heat for 60 minutes.

After the baking, wait 15 minutes till it cools down. Enjoy!
