Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookies

3 ¼ cups flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
2 sticks margarine [1 cup]
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 T. milk
½ t. almond extract
1 package [3 ¾ oz.] pistachio instant pudding
1 cup chocolate chips [adjust to preference]
- Allow margarine to melt for a few hours.
- Cream margarine and sugar [bowl 1].
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla - blend till creamy.
- Add baking powder, salt, and pudding mix [bowl 2]
- Combine contents of bowl 1 and bowl 2.
- Add flour [about a cup at a time] until evenly mixed.
- Lastly add chocolate chips.
- Let dough chill for an hour or more.
Make cookies by rolling dough into balls then flattening them with one's hands.
Put cookies on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until cookies look set.
