Pistachio Chocolate Chip Cookies

3 ¼      cups flour
2 t.         baking powder
1 t.         salt
2            sticks margarine [1 cup]
1            cup white sugar
2            eggs
2 T.       milk
½ t.      almond extract
1            package [3 ¾ oz.] pistachio instant pudding
1            cup chocolate chips [adjust to preference]

  1. Allow margarine to melt for a few hours.
  2. Cream margarine and sugar [bowl 1].
  3. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla - blend till creamy.
  4. Add baking powder, salt, and pudding mix [bowl 2]
  5. Combine contents of bowl 1 and bowl 2.
  6. Add flour [about a cup at a time] until evenly mixed.
  7. Lastly add chocolate chips.
  8. Let dough chill for an hour or more.

Make cookies by rolling dough into balls then flattening them with one's hands.
Put cookies on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until cookies look set.
