Fried chicken

2-4 cups of flour depending on amount of chicken
1 cup of vegetable oil, or canola oil
1 teaspoon of salt
3-4 shakes of ground black pepper
Lawery's seasoned salt
pieces of chicken
1. Heat the oil in a skillet until it is hot.
2. In any type of bag (make sure it is clean), mix the flour, salt, Lawery's,
and pepper. Shake chicken in the bag to get them seasoned, and place
them in the skillet. Make sure you place them carefully because hot
oil could pop on you.
3. Fry the chicken until the chicken is brown and poke a hole to make sure it is fully cooked.
4. Serve
Tip: Good with hotsauce
