Fudge Brownies 1/4 cup of butter -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees 2. Grease the bottom only of a square pan, 8x8x2 3. Heat butter and 6 ounces of choclate chips in a 2-Quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted; remove from heat. Stir in the rest of the ingedients except for extra chocolate chips. 4. After the mixture is relatively smooth again, stir in he extra chocolate chips. Poor/spread in pan. 5 Bake until center is set, about 30 minutes. Let brownies cool in pan before cutting. Makes 16 brownies if cut 4 brownies across and 4 brownies down.
