Turkey Burgers

turkey burger1 pound ground skinless turkey
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 large egg,beaten
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Put it all in a bowl and put it all together.
Cut into good size burgers and put it on the grill till it cooks the way you like it.
Top with a slice of cheese if you wish.

For lunch you may wish to add chips or a salad; for dinner a vegetable, potatoes, and dessert.
