Salmon Fillets

SalmonIngredients
1 ½ ounces boneless salmon fillet
½ lime
Olive oil
1 tablespoon of wine
Sprinkles of:
         Kosher or iodized salt
         Black pepper
         Oregano
         Basil
         Dill
         Paprika

  1. Preheat grill to high heat or oven to high broil.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the dull side of the aluminum foil.
  3. Sprinkle or rub on the fish:

          1st Lime juice
          2nd Wine
          3rd Olive Oil
          4th Spices and herbs
4. Put the foil with the fish on it in the oven / on grill until it’s crispy (approximately 10 minutes)
