Salmon Fillets
Ingredients
1 ½ ounces boneless salmon fillet
½ lime
Olive oil
1 tablespoon of wine
Sprinkles of:
Kosher or iodized salt
Black pepper
Oregano
Basil
Dill
Paprika
- Preheat grill to high heat or oven to high broil.
- Place salmon fillets on the dull side of the aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle or rub on the fish:
1st Lime juice
2nd Wine
3rd Olive Oil
4th Spices and herbs
4. Put the foil with the fish on it in the oven / on grill until it’s crispy (approximately 10 minutes)
