Potatoes In combination with: Vegetables

Ingredients:

400 g potatoes, peeled and in thin slices
salt 300 g
cut broccoli, in rose shape divided
margarine
2 eggs
grated hard cheese
pepper from the mill

Preparation:

Put the potatoes in boiling water with salt for approx. 5 minutes to cook.
Strain off the water.
Cook the broccoli in boiling water with salt approx. 3 minutes
Strain the vegetables.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Construction manner:

Put the slices potato along the bottom and edges of the casserole and put the broccoli in the middle.
Beat the eggs separately and add cheese and bring the mixture on taste with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and the broccoli.
Place the casserole in the middle of the oven in approx. 30 minutes until all brown and ready.

Goes nicely with tomatoes/cucumber salad.
