Walking to our Doom
Walking…
No one wanted to walk
As they walked, the mind filled with despair
Why me? Why now?
Surely people weren’t receiving the same treatment as them
So why them? Why now?
As they kept walking, they stopped
The wind blew across their faces
Not hundreds, but one, united
They kept walking, they had no choice
To the showers they went, and to the showers they fell
Their breaths slowed
The one, died, and there remained
Nothing but the bodies
