Amal Khalilis, the photographer, is a resident of Kfar Majar, a village in the North of the lower Galilee in Israel. Many minority groups including Christians, Moslems and Druze live in this village. Special permission to use pictures in the Holocaust unit was given by the official police spokesman of Israel.
