It's terrible. I can't suffer any more. Yesterday, the Nazis took my parents to extermination camp. I don't know what I'll do. I'm very sad and angry. I started to cry, drop things and shout. Every time the Nazis walk near to the Ghetto, I'm afraid they will kill me.
I stayed alone, without my family, without friends, and without hope.
I'm very hungry, beaten and dirty. I didn't take a shower for a week.
This is my day in the Ghetto.

My diary
Hi my friend.
Today we went to try finding food in the ghetto, this was very hard work but after 2 hours we found 5 loaves of bread, this is a lot of food for us.
After this we went home, at home I saw my friend Alex. And we went into the street.
He told me that he had a dog before the war and at the start the war it disappeared.
I think that he loved their dog very much.
The war destroyed our world and now we don’t live a normal life .We eat  1 loaf  of bread a  day and it is very hard to find some water.
I hope that after the war we will back to a normal life.
And this is my day; maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

Dear diary

Yesterday a horrible thing happened!
Some German policemen came to my house and told us that we need to give our house to another Nazi German and to move to the ghetto. We didn’t want to go, but they took me, my parents and my brothers in violence.
When we arrived to the ghetto they showed us our new house. It was a small and ugly house with only 2 rooms that were in a little block on the ghetto west side.
We didn't eat all day and we were in our room all night.
In the morning an hour ago I saw that the Nazi police were taking people away from the ghetto to work camps.
I am very scared and I don’t know what will happen with me.

Yours, Michael
