The movie "Safe Haven-The Warsaw Zoo"
The movie tells about 300 Jewish men, women and children who escape from the Warsaw ghetto and find a safe haven in the Warsaw zoo. Jan Zabinski, the guard of the zoo, decided to hide the people in his home and in the cages of the zoo, which were empty of animals because of the bombs shooting on the zoo by the Nazis which scared the animals that escape. All the people except two survived the war.
I feel very grateful about Jan Zabinski and his family who decided to hide 300 people in their home by risking their own lives.

Dear Gary and Richard Lester,
I think that that movie you created is really important because it telling every one that there was Holocaust and 6000000 Jewish people were killed in the extermination camps and in the ghettoes.
It’s telling us about good people too, good people that hid the Jewish people in their houses (and zoos).
I think that is amazing – 2 people that aren’t Jewish, made a movie about the Holocaust.
Your movie teaches about the Holocaust and about the things that happened in the Holocaust. God bless you and Gary.

Safe haven
It was a very interesting movie and very sad.
I like that when the survivors tell about what they have done and how they hid even in a zoo, how some Polish people helped Jewish people.
I would love a real movie with actors on the big screen! Good luck Gary and Richard.
