Holocaust
Dear Global Dreamers
We watched a video yesterday about the Holocaust. It touched my heart that so much that so many people cared so much about the Holocaust. I never knew that people thought that it never happened. In the video the kids in it where collecting paper clips every soul that died when Hitler was in command. I almost started crying when I saw the movie.
Sincerely,

Dear Global Dreamers,
We are thinking of you during this remembering time. We have been studying the holocaust and cannot believe how bad it must have been.

Dear globaldreamers,
One day in Whitwell Tennessee a class started sending letters to the families of people that died in the holocaust asking them if they would send in paper clips in there honor. At the end they put all 28 million paper clips in a railroad cart that was used to bring Jews to the holocaust camps. The cart was donated to make a memorial for the people that died in the holocaust.

Dear Global Dreamers,
We watched a movie about these kids in Whitwell, Tennessee trying to collect over 6 million paperclips for the people that Hitler killed in the Holocaust I think they collect 29 million paperclips. And they got a railcar to put in the paperclips in and there's a sidewalk that leads to the railcar and there's butterflies on the sidewalk I bet your wondering why they painted those butterflies cause there free. So that was one of the biggest projects they ever had.

Dear Global Dreamer,
We have been learning about the Holocaust and we watched was called Paperclips. This project went on for 5 years. One school in Tennessee collected about 29,000,000 paperclips for the souls of the people that were Jews and the others who were murdered.
Your Global Dreaming friend,

A butterfly is a symbol of freedom for holocaust victims. Butterflies are free just like the holocaust victims should have been I’m so for those of you who have lost a loved one. Hailey C.
Dear Global Dreamers,
We watched a movie about the Holocaust. It was an Amazing movie it was called Paperclips. This school collected paperclips for how many people who died in the Holocaust. It was sad to think about how they would just shove 100 people into those little wagons and take them to the concentration camps. Butterflies are free! They are a symbol to show freedom. Freedom is wonderful, so are butterflies. Freedom is like a butterfly.
