Welcome
Spring!
March/April 2011
|
Spring brings us so many things
to celebrate. It is the end of winter (which for many of us was
a rough one this year) and the beginning of new growth. We have
many holidays: St. Patrick's day, Earth Day, Purim, Easter, Pesach
(Passover). Share with us your celebrations and your joy that
spring has come and summer is not far away!
|

song, dance...

All
you need is love
February, 2008 |
Many countries
now celebrate Valentine's day, mainly due to the commercialization
by big business. We at Global Dreamers and Cyberteen want to share
our love for all, and enjoy the holiday without the need to buy
anything. |
Giving
is a special thing
December 2007 |
As we move into the winter holidays

Winter
Gift Giving
November/December, 2004 |
North of the equator, people enter the darkest time
of the year during the early winter season. In all cultures there
are holidays which bring light and cheer into this otherwise dark
period. Celebrations such as the Festival of the Lights, Hanukkah,
Christmas, New Year sometimes have religious origins. Many have become
part of the culture apart from the original religions. All these
holidays celebrate light and togetherness, and gift giving. |
