Sharing Dreams to Make the World a Better Place!

Bethel Grade School's 3rd through 8th grade students are making friends across the world through the use of computers.  We have a "Global Collaboration" with Ein Ganim Elementary School in Israel. 

Simply stated...We have made friends with other kids our age across the world, and we are working together to bring peace and happiness to our world.

Marsha, the founder of  "Dream a Dream website out of Israel", is responsible for our  friendly collaborations with Israel and other countries.  Through her, we have been able to learn so much about Israel and the dreams that Marsha's students have.  This project teaches so much to the children. With  "real life" situations through a chat forum, we converse back and forth with other students of Israel.  Of course it is all monitored by our teacher, Miss Schmitt, but we are basically free to ask the questions that we want to and learn what we desire. 

We will continue the Dream a Dream with Ein Ganim project through out the school year!  I want to give special thanks to Marsha Goren for helping us to become so involved with this project.  My kids really enjoy going to the Israel site and this wouldn't have been possible without Marsha!
