Dear penpal,

My names J‡nos Laluska. I'm 12 years old. My friends: M‡ty‡s, Paul, Andrew & David. My hobby: bycicle, rollerblades & computers. My favourite computer games: Grand Theft Auto, James Bond 007, Chiken Invards. How do you live? I live with my mum, dad & sister. I have three cats and one dog. I live in a house. There is big garden. I live in Szarvas. What's your hobby? What is a day of yours like? What do you do at home & school? How many lessons do you have? What subjects do you have? When do you start school?

We start school at 8 & we have 5-6 lessons. My subjects: maths, english, hungarian, P.E., biology, history, arts, music, computer science. In the breaks we are in the school yard, we play football, basketball, hide & seek. I do my homework at school in the afternoon then i go home. At home I play computer games, watch TV, some times i help mum.

Dear Marsha,
I am really glad that you wrote me and I am sure that we will be good friends, not only with you but our students as well. We are interested both in individual and class corespondence. I teach English in grades 2-8 it means that my students are 8-14 years old. And we are interested in any material you can send us to our school
and of course we can send something about our town and school. In January I am going to make a project on it with my students and we will send it to you. OK?

I live in Szarvas, in the south east of Hungary and my school is a Lutheran school. We have about 400 students, they go to grades 1-8.But in January I am going to make a work about our school and town with my students and we will send some pictures and photos, too.

Soon Christmas is coming, I love this time of year. This year we are going to have Christmas without any snow. Sometimes it is raining but it is not the same :o)

Marsha, do you have any snow over there? And do you have any "winter" vacation?
