When we come back there will be a cerenomy during which our school wiil be officially named after the late Giorgio Perlasca who received ,rom the Yad Vashem museum the title of righteous among the nations for his life saving heroic actions in Budapest in 1944/45 when he staged an incredible and audacious deception that saved literally  thousand of Jews from the Nazi's gas chamber and ovens.

We'll send you photo and the children work about it.

In Milano in the 1400 a boy was in love with a baker's shop daughter . The father didn't like him. His business wasn't thriving and the boy,in order to please him decided to add to the bread eggs, sugar and candied fruit. This new cake was liked so much,by the milanesi that they all queued up to buy it. The boy could then marry the girl.
