My Wedding in Japan

The bride wears the traditional white wedding kimono dress
called shiro-maku. Shiro meaning white and maku meaning pure. It is very beautiful,
but also heavy and takes 2 hours of preparation to wear! The groom is
dressed in a montsuki kimono with a short haori overcoat bearing the
family crest with pleated hakama pants.
